Zeus Hydratech are pleased to offer the Hydronit range of Compact Hydraulic Power Packs. Offering a wide range of options for multiple different applications, these Compact power packs are versatile and reliable options for your Hydraulic needs where space is at a premium.

Centered around the Universal central body, which is built with a light and compact die-cast aluminium, the Compact Hydraulic Power Packs allow for hundreds of dfferent configurations of valves and components to meet your needs.

The Compact series has been manufactured for over 20 years and the experience gained over this time has allowed for Hydronit to develop a new, lightweight range, the Micro Hydraulic Power Packs.

What applications are Compact Hydraulic Power Packs suitable for?

The high level of modularity and flexibility of our Compact Hydraulic Power packs means they are suitable to be utilised in multiple sectors and for multiple applications including lifting equipment, hydraulic vehicle tail lifts & dump trucks, Industrial (presses, hoists, compactors, industrial brakes and machine tools), automotive (suspension, camper vans and doors) and marine (cranes, doors, bridges).

As well as the above, these packs can also be used in various applications within agriculture, construction, the energy sector and for applications such as a Tyre Changer, a Snow Plough or Car lifts.

These Compact Power packs are also fully compatible for integration with Smart Power Unit Technology, ready to future proof your Hydraulic Application for Industry 4.0.

Industry 4.0 Ready

The industrial sector is rapidly embracing the revolution of Industry 4.0, featuring interconnectivity, automation, machine learning, and real-time data.  These advancements allow for predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and a significant reduction in downtime, thereby enhancing overall productivity.

The Compact Hydraulic Power Pack Range can be seamlessly integrated with Hydronit's multiple award winning, pioneering SPU (Smart Power Unit) technology due to using the same modular range of components. Central to this is the HPC (Hydraulic Process Controller), a fully programmable mechatronic module, mounted on an Aluminium Hydraulic Manifold that integrates electronics, sensors and hydraulics in one.

Features

The HPC (The core of the SPU technology) features SAFETY Architecture. It integrates I/O, sensors, double core processors (to enable SAFETY features) and PWM power output. The power output control allows you to directly drive solenoid operated proportional or on-off valves, without the need for external relays or electronic drivers. The Hydraulic Process controller is integrated within the power pack (shown below), and is available in multiple different executions (Proportional Pressure [P], Proportional Flow [Q] or P/Q proportional control. Available with or without Load Sensing [LS] functionality).

The HPC has built in fluid sensors, one pressure sensor for the pump delivery line (reading up to 350 bar), one motor shaft speed sensor, and finally a temperature sensor. It is also adaptable with optional P/Q proportional control valves, LS functionality and additional external sensors through the I/O lines. The board also includes tow additional local Temperature Sensors, and a redundant 3 axis Accelerometer.
