Daikin ECORICH Hybrid - Hydraulic Power Unit with frame (No Tank)

Frame mounted, 3 phase, 400v version of the EHU - Mounts directly to a larger oil reservoir to permit installation of a vertical solenoid valve subplate and return filter arrangement.   

There are 3 base models available:

• EHU3007: Pressure up to 70 bar, Flow rate up to 28.5 l/min
• EHU2008: Pressure up to 80 bar, Flow rate up to 20 l/min
• EHU1414: Pressure up to 135 bar, Flow rate up to 13.5 l/min

Zeus Hydratech offer either a reservoir lid mount kit to use with your existing OMT tank (CF55), or a complete reservoir kit, which includes a 58 litre capacity, powder coated steel reservoir, laser cut lid ready to accept the ECORICH frame, return filter and subplate. As part of the complete kit, we also include the following components:

• 1 x Multi station CETOP 03 valve manifold (1~5 stations available)
• 1 x Pressure gauge and isolation tap
• 1 x Return filter
• 1 x Suction filter
• 1 x Oil level gauge
• 1 x Steel pipe kit + fittings for pump inlet & return line connections

The motor-pump's exceptional efficiency ensures minimal oil heating, which brings several advantages to the application in which the ECORICH is installed. This includes prolonged lifespan for oil and heat-sensitive components, as well as reduced heat dissipation into the surrounding environment.

Utilising a built in control panel, the operator is able to easily set max flow and pressure requirements - furthermore, the panel will also accept digital I/O input commands from an existing PLC. Developed for industrial applications, the following units are designed for a 3 phase, 380 ~ 460 volt AC power supply.
