Our bespoke hydraulic power packs typically fall inside the parameters and options listed below: 

• Input power range: 0.5 kw (0.67 HP) ~ 300 kw ( 402 HP)
• Pressure range: 10 bar (145 psi) to 400 bar (5800 psi) 
• Oil reservoir volume: 10 litres ~ 2,000 litres (Mild steel painted or stainless)
• Primary mover options: High efficiency electric motor (IE3) or internal combustion engine with automatic start/stop
• Directional control options: Solenoid operated, proportional control or servo valves 
• Electrical oil level detection (high and low) 
• Electrical pressure sensor options
• Reservoir heater options
• Modular stacking valve options (Flow and pressure control) 
• Oil cooling options (Air blast or water) 
• Anti-vibration motor mounts for lower running noise
• Electrical control panel options

Catering to a diverse spectrum of industries, our HPU's are typically utilsed in aerospace, formula one motorsport, offshore diving, oil and gas, renewables, construction, and industrial sectors.

Each power pack is designed to suit the clients' mounting requirements, whether it is to be static mounted, fully mobile or a combination of both - We incorporate either forklift lifting pockets, lifting eyes or castors to permit easy transportation and installation.

Depending on the fluid and application, our bespoke hydraulic power packs are manufactured from the correct fabrication materials to ensure longevity, strength and reliability.

Mild steel oil reservoirs are fully protected inside and out, by either a hard wearing powder coat, or 2k paint system (to the customers nominated RAL colour code) 

Stainless steel reservoirs are hand fabricated from either 304 or 316 stainless to suit the specifi application.
