Daikin SUPERUNIT Hybrid 40 Series - Hydraulic Power Unit with 100 Litre Tank, Manifold & Filter

Frame mounted, 3 phase, 400v version of the SUT - Mounted on a large 100 Litre oil reservoir, with multi station manifold and suction filter incorporated.

Daikin are now supplying a range of Super Units using the industry standard power supply of 400vdc, 3ph making them ideal for easy integration with your industrial application.

There are 3 base models for the 40 Series available:

• SUT00S3016: Pressure up to 160 bar, Flow rate up to 24.3 l/min
• SUT00D6021: Pressure up to 210 bar, Flow rate up to 61 l/min
• SUT00D8021: Pressure up to 210 bar, Flow rate up to 82 l/min

The above models are all available with the following 3 configurations:

• Mounting frame (no tank)
• 100 Litre tank (with suction filter, level switch and customisable blind plate)
• 100 Litre tank (with suction filter, level switch AND a multi-station manifold for ISO 4401-03 valves and return filter)

The innovative hybrid SUPER UNIT hydraulic power units represent the culmination of Daikin Industries LTD's design and manufacturing expertise. These units seamlessly integrate hydraulic technology with an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, resulting in a  powerful unit that excels in both torque and efficiency, all while effectively mitigating heat and noise production. This remarkable combination substantially reduces energy consumption.

The motor-pump's exceptional efficiency ensures minimal oil heating, which brings several advantages to the application in which the SUT is installed. This includes prolonged lifespan for oil and heat-sensitive components, as well as reduced heat dissipation into the surrounding environment.

In SUT models that are equipped with a double pump, the primary pump delivers high pressure and limited flow. When the flow rate request is higher than the flow rate that the primary pump can supply, the second pump is also activated, guaranteeing the required flow (at lower pressure). The transition from single to combined operation is done by a solenoid valve, managed by an external command signal.
